MCI Client's Charter

We pledge to plan and implement quality training programmes and meet customer needs by:

  1. Distributing the Programme Book and Training Course Calendar to customers before 31 January of each year;
  2. Issuing the course offer letter within a period of one (1) week prior to the course date;
  3. Implementing a minimum 90% of planned courses each year;
  4. Producing a minimum of ten (10) publications a year;
  5. Implementing at least fifty (50) cooperatives consultation services a year;
  6. Ensuring the training facilities and equipment are in good condition a day prior to the course being held;
  7. Ensuring library services and facilities has an average assessment score of not less than 4 on a scale from 1 to 5;
  8. Ensuring the overall course presentation has an average assessment score of not less than 4 on a scale from 1 to 5
  9. Ensuring the overall course evaluation has an average assessment score of not less than 4 on a scale from 1 to 5; and
  10. Providing feedbacks for each complaint and inquiries within a period of no later than one (1) working day
