The Cooperative Consultation Center (PRK) is a recently established department at IKMa in 2022, falling under the jurisdiction of the Cooperative Development and Consulting Department (BPPK). Specializing in providing support to cooperatives, this center assumes responsibility for offering comprehensive consulting, advice, and guidance services tailored to medium and large cluster cooperatives.

Function

Outlined below are some of the key functions of the cooperative consultation center:

  • Development of Guidance & Consulting Service Framework (SOP))
  • Execution of Packaged Guidance & Consulting for Medium and Large Cooperatives
  • Provision of Reports on Consultation Services Rendered

Program

The consultation center provides a range of programs, including:

  1. ERAT Consulting Services

This program entails offering expert advice and consultation to cooperative businesses on diverse matters, encompassing strategic planning, marketing strategies, financial analysis, and others.

 

  1. Guidance Services

This program focuses on providing guidance services based on the expertise possessed by IKMa officers in addressing the challenges and issues encountered by cooperatives.
