Cooperator HOW TO APPLY
1. MANUAL APPLICATION
All applications must be made using the application form provided by CIM.
- For members or staff of cooperative and interested parties, the completed application forms can be sent directly to the campus where the course is conducted.
- For department staff and government agencies, each application must be through their respective departments or agencies.
2. ONLINE APPLICATION VIA MITS
Online applications can be made via Management Information Training System (MITS)

Accommodation facilities is preferred to participants who stay more than 40 kilometers from the residence to the course.
Registration Fee and Off-Campus Accomodation facilities is subject to course/ program type
