Introduction

The Center is committed to emphasizing and encouraging any Government policy related to cooperative training and education programs in order to be applied in the Malaysian cooperative movement, including the cooperative relationship internationally. At the same time, the Center is responsible for developing and coordinating cooperation between domestic and foreign cooperative movements.

In addition, the Center also design, develop and coordinate programs internationally as well as short-term courses within the country. The Center also acts as the Secretariat for the ICAE program to send overseas officers, as well as the Secretariat of the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program (PKTM) or better known as MTCP. In addition, this sector Center also manages international delegation visits to CCM.

Function

To promote the implementation of any policy by the Government of the cooperative movement Malaysia.
To develop and coordinate cooperation between the cooperative movement Malaysia with countries outside the cooperative movement in the level of knowledge-based activities

To plan and coordinate abroad training programs for academic staff at the international level.
Development of overseas training cooperative movement through:
1. I. Hub Programme
2. Training Programme on Institutional Cooperation
Conducting short courses and seminar program
