MCI Client's Charter
We pledge to plan and implement quality training programmes and meet customer needs by:
- Distributing the Programme Book and Training Course Calendar to customers before 31 January of each year;
- Issuing the course offer letter within a period of one (1) week prior to the course date;
- Implementing a minimum 90% of planned courses each year;
- Producing a minimum of ten (10) publications a year;
- Implementing at least fifty (50) cooperatives consultation services a year;
- Ensuring the training facilities and equipment are in good condition a day prior to the course being held;
- Ensuring library services and facilities has an average assessment score of not less than 4 on a scale from 1 to 5;
- Ensuring the overall course presentation has an average assessment score of not less than 4 on a scale from 1 to 5
- Ensuring the overall course evaluation has an average assessment score of not less than 4 on a scale from 1 to 5; and
- Providing feedbacks for each complaint and inquiries within a period of no later than one (1) working day
