Distribute the Program Book and Training Courses Calendar to customers before 31 January each year

Issued coureses offer letter within two (2) weeks prior to the course date

Perform at least 90% of the planned courses each year

Produce at least ten (10) issued publications a year

Ensure that the training facilities and training equipment are safe to use on the day before the course starts
