Unit

Main Function :

Information Technology Unit was established to support every activities organised by CIM which related to information technology.

Information Technology Unit Activities :

  • Provision of infrastructure of CIM ICT.
  • Maintaining the hardware / software.
  • Providing "Hotline" and advisory services procurement of ICT equipment and also a Damage Report in a form of " Help Desk " for ICT equipment maintenance.
  • Preparing a working paper on ICT.
  • Managing data security and CIM information.

Governance

  • Ensuring the governance of CIM is  effectively implemented to strengthen the human capital.
  • Suggests the improvement, increase and renewal of policies / directives / systems and procedures in CIM.
  • Monitoring the service delivery system (MS ISO 9001/2008).
  • Become the Secretariat and provide reports to the Committee on Integrity and Governance.

Integrity Reinforcement

  • Ensuring the implementation and institutional values of integrity in CIM such as through the exposure and early information in order to reduce the cases of misconduct.
  • Synchronizing and monitoring the integrity programme.
  • Implementing recovery programme of integrity.
  • Producing articles related to integrity programme.
  • Advising management in terms of integrity.

Complaints Management

  • Receive information or complaints about non-compliance or diverging action from CIM staff.
  • Report if there is any breach of integrity.
  • Receive, review, distribute and report any complaints to the service delivery of effectiveness of CIM.

Compliance

  • Ensures the compliance with the rules and standards that have been set and also to identify the weaknesses in the existing policies and regulations.
  • Organize a scheduled and unscheduled inspections of the practices, systems or policies, laws and regulations in force.
  • Ensuring the compliance with the instructions / regulations of CIM.

Tracking and Confirmation

  • Detect and verify the complaints of misconduct and violations of integrity. While the misconduct of a criminal nature should be reported to the responsible law enforcement agencies.

Disciplinary

  • Become the Secretariat and present the results of investigations / findings to the Disciplinary Board for further action.
  • Synchronizing action on breaches of integrity.
  • Implementing measures for breaches of integrity.

Other

  • Organizations of Communication Officer to the Corporate Integrity Development Center (CIDC).
  • Provides a reports related on integrity to CIDC,KPDNKK and JPA.
  • Control the quality records of CIM (EN ISO 9001/2008).
  • Checking on claims for overtime allowance.
  • Managing the Medal awards / Star / Honors for CIM staff.

Function

  1. Plan and implement a media plan on publicity, promotions and campaigns for each policy, roles, programmes and activities also an official functions of CIM through TV and radio stations; promotional materials such as buntings, banners, and billboards; articles for the newspaper clipping; speech text; and information program service delivery of CIM.
  2. Managing the public relations and media planning strategy with the media in disseminating information through the media / press conference, press releases and special TV interview / radio / newspaper; and programs with the media. 
  3. Promote participation, increase the appreciation and understanding of the policies and programs of CIM to users.
  4. Plan, manage and make a documentation of the information for each base material, roles, programs and activities also the official functions of CIM through the issuance of printed materials such as newsletters, annual reports, brochures, flyers, photo and video recording for the purpose of distribution and reference of the public and the media.
  5. Organizing a press conference CIM offcial programs which involves the Minister and Deputy Minister.
  6. Monitor, coordinate and respond to comments, criticisms and complaints from various parties received through mass media and social media.

1. Administering and managing process short courses within and outside the campus include:"

  • Application / Offer courses
  • Registration Process and Implementation Course
  • Storing Data Information of course participants
  • Course Certificate Production
  • Course evaluation

2. Provides academic performance reports and reports update for each course center and branch every month.

3. Provide annual training program scheme (Training Program Book, Course Calendar and Syllabus Books).

4. Coordinate and control the documentation related to short-term courses. 5. Coordinate and manage academic programs include:

  • Secretariat of the academic meeting
  • Secretariat for curriculum planning workshops and annual academic program
  • CIM Secretariat Study Meeting
  • Secretariat for Education and Training Committee Meeting  Putrajaya Declaration)
  • Secretariat Academic Paper Preparation for CIM Board Mettings

6. Coordinate the documentation of Manual ISO 9001: 2015 for the Academic Management Division

7. Secretariat with professional discretion / seminars / conventions and other academic programs CIM

8. CIM Internal Publishing Management, namely:

  • Providing teaching materials for courses such as Course Notes, Bags, Stationery, File and other reference materials for short-term courses / convention / seminar / talk / professional discretion and other academic programs.
  • Managing internal molds such as notes printing, brochures, books / cards programs, posters, business cards and other personnel related internal printing.
  • Managing external molds like Graduation Program Books, Holiday Cards, Books Training Program, Course Calendar, Planner, Syllabus books and other printing.
  • Coordinate and manage the distribution of books published by CIM.
  • Providing franking and circulation of letters by post to the Academic Division of CIM.
  • Manage and monitor the acquisition of fixed assets and movable assets in the printing of CIM.
